Kuca La Providenca nalazi se u mirnom dijelu grada.Udaljena je od najbliže pješćane plaže 3,5 km. U okolici nalazi se puno markiranih pješaćkih i biciklističkih staza. U vrtu se nalazi velika hidromasažna kada sa sunčalištem i vanjska kuhinja, toalet i IC sauna za hladnije dane. Uz kuću je i spremište za sportsku opremu. Fully renovated in 2016, located on the 2nd floor with a separate enterance. Apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, master bedroom with hot tub in the loggia. Both floors have toilets/bathrooms. We at Vala aparments offer discretion but are always at your disposal if a need arises. Free parking space.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
