beautifull detached former country

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful house. The house is located in a small car free village. The view is magnificent and the place is very quiet, perfect to recharge your batteries. The hosts were wonderful. We asked for internet access and it was installed just in time for our stay. We had a few minor problems with hot water at the beginning of our stay but it was fixed very timely and efficiently (within 4 hours). The house is very clean and you have all the amenities you could wish for.

Il rustico, una volta antico frantoio del XVIII secolo ed ora ristrutturato, si trova a Nocchi, nelle colline camaioresi, in un raggio di 15-20 km dalla Versilia e Lucca. Il rustico ha una superficie di 130 mq ed è dotato di cucina, soggiorno e sala open-space, lavanderia, 2 camere matrimoniali e 2 bagni con doccia. Inoltre è presente un vasto giardino in comune di 3000 mq con piscina attrezzata con lettini ed ombrelloni. Il rustico dispone di 2 parcheggi riservati e 2 ingressi indipendenti.

Situated on the first floor of Palazzo Pfanner, a charming baroque Palazzo and building of historical interest in the centre of the town of Lucca, the apartment recreates perfectly the atmosphere of the antique noble residences for visitors who wish to try this unique experience. The apartment, which has frescoes dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries and the original ceiling with beams and ‘seminato alla veneziana’ flooring, offers a splendid panoramic view over the garden.

The property is located on top of a very panoramic hill, near the medieval village of Sillico where is located also a very good restaurant. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley.
