The apartment is also provided with good reference books useful to plan and enjoy a stay in Venice. The Apartment is located on the quieter side of the truly Venetian Cannaregio District. The house is beside the magnificent Madonna dell' Orto Gothic church, containing cherished treasures including Tintoretto masterpieces. It is 15 minutes away from Rialto bridge. It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment. A City stay tax of € 4,00 per day /per person ( € 2,00 for 10/16 children, excluding children up to 10) is due up to max 5 days.

I l nostro è un delizioso appartamento di 70mq a Cannaregio, appena restaurato e così composto: Ampia sala living con cucina e salotto, camera matrimoniale e seconda camera, un bagno. Il palazzo è storico e notificato. I pavimenti sono interamente in legno e il soffitto è travato a vista. I mobili sono di pregio e le dotazioni complete, per un soggiorno confortevole e come se foste del posto. La casa è molto calda ed accogliente. La prospiciente Fondamenta è ricca di vita e locali alla moda.

The Cenare apartment is on the 2nd floor, under the roof beams, of a sixteenth century building in the Cannaregio Sestiere. Overlooks the Sensa canal, a garden and the historic Ghetto. Exceptionally luminous and sunny, it is also quiet and comfortable. The kitchen has a generous working area. Dining table for 3 people. The bedroom has either a double bed (160 cm X 195cm) or else two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower with a rainfall shower head.

Il s'agit d'un palais familial où seulement moi, mon oncle et ma tante y vivons, vous ne serez donc pas dérangé par le bruit du voisinage.
