Massimo and his family added so much to our stay in Italy. He was friendly and kind and on top of his eagerness to help he delivered fresh home made wine for us to enjoy. The home was clean and tidy. The view from every window was breathtaking and the sound of the birds made for a relaxing and peaceful stay. I hope to stay in Massimo's home when I return to Italy.....Big thumbs up!

Francesca è stata davvero accogliente! Ogni esigenza è stata assecondata e talvolta anticipata. La casa molto comoda e bella...consente di vivere Pesaro dal cuore del centro storico. Un fantastico soggiorno!!

Wir waren 3 Wochen in diesem traumhaft gelegenen Haus. Auf der Terasse liegen und den Vögeln zuhören, Wanderungen in das angrenzende Naturschutzgebiet einfach unglaublich schön. Und wer Leben und Städte mag ist in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc wirklich bestens aufgehoben. Der nahegelegene Hausstrand ist ruhig und ideal. Das Haus ist einfach und funktional eingerichtet eben ein Landhaus. Also wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ganz lieben Dank für die sehr liebe Betreuung.

If you truly want to feel as if you're a local, stay at this beautiful home! You're right in the middle of everything, yet you feel as though you're in your own private oasis. The courtyard, the rooms, the views-it was all amazing. What a gem! I will stay here again.

Wir (Ehepaar und drei Hunde) haben in dem kleinen Paradies von Lorenzo & Monica in jeder Beziehung ein tolles Ferienerlebnis gehabt. Das Haus: mit viel Liebe, Sorgfalt und Stolz gepflegt, bietet Platz innen und im Garten sowie Privatsphäre. Die Lage: auf dem kleinen Hügel genug weit weg vom Trubel der Touristen unten an der Promenade, aber nah genug beim Meer (300m, kleine Strasse den Hang hinunter), umgeben von viel Grün und Natur. Die Gastgeber: flexibel, höflich und kommunikativ (Lorenzo, mit ihm wurde die Buchung vereinbart) sowie charmant, hilfsbereit und Gastgeberin aus Passion (Monica, die nebenan mit ihrer Familie wohnt). Vielleicht ist es besser, wenn wir jetzt mit dem Lob stoppen, weil wir gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen wollen - und nicht möchten, dass es keinen Platz mehr gibt...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

We had a great time at Giovannis and Serines place! Giovanni proactively texted us tips for beaches, restaurants, activities, etc beforehand which was really nice, The appartment has everything you need, a great kitchen, everything was spotless clean. The terrace has great view of the castle montefiore and the garden is really beautiful too. You’ll for sure enjoy your time with them :)

casa pulita e accogliente a pochi km da Urbino. Ideale per un soggiorno tra amici perché gli spazi sono veramente ampi. la chicca è il caminetti che Angelo ci ha gentilmente fatto trovare acceso al nostro arrivo. consigliatissimo!

Bellissima esperienza. l'alloggio è raggiungibile attraverso una strada sterrata ed a tratti un po' ripida e stretta, ma comunque ben tenuta e percorribile in auto, la location vale decisamente il viaggio. Paesaggio splendido, immerso nella natura e molto tranquillo. Alloggio molto particolare, un'insieme di elementi rustici e moderni che lo rende molto accogliente e piacevole. Host davvero disponibili e gentili. Potendo, torneremo sicuramente ❤️

Helle, blitzsaubere und zentral gelegene Wohnung, zwischen Strand und Bahnhof und dennoch ruhig. Ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt, perfekte und unkomplizierte Kommunikation! Ich komme gerne wieder😃

Se volete alloggiare in tutta tranquillità e fare attività motorie o in bici è il posto perfetto, il gestore sempre disponibile e molto cordiale facile accesso senza scale, ottimo

La mia ragazza Silvia ed io volevamo dedicarci due giorni lontani dalla città: abbiamo scelto la Terrazza sul Parco di Mauro per la vista panoramica e la posizione, che si sono rivelati essere meglio delle aspettative. Il giardino che dà sulla vallata è davvero ineguagliabile. Mauro è stato un host gentile, disponibile e molto attento nell'accoglierci e nel trasmetterci la bellezza e la pace di questo posto. Consigliamo assolutamente di essere suoi ospiti per godersi la natura incantevole dell'alto appennino romagnolo e godersi passeggiate con il suo consiglio.

Stunning location and welcoming hosts! We had the place to ourselves, but it's worth being aware that there are 2 other flats adjoining the property, which may be in use at busier times of year, meaning the patio area is shared. A lovely part of Italy, and the natural beauty is stunning - we saw hoopoes several times and the orchids were gorgeous.

superbe appartement dans magnifique village appartement au top! rien de manque, celui-ci est aménagé de sorte à ce qu'il soit pratique. La literie est de bonne qualité, la cuisine est propre. Le plus : la terrasse avec vue sur l'adriatique. Carlotta nous a demandé si nous étions bien arrivés et nous a indiqué qu'il y avait un petit cadeau dans réfrigérateur :-) Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, il y avait un plateau dans la cuisine avec 2 verres à cocktail et des gâteaux. Quelle délicate attention après toutes ses heures de route (Ns venons de Bretagne en France). Le village est magnifique et animé avec la plage en contrebas. La région est superbe. Vous pouvez en savoir plus en feuilletant les livres et prospectus qui sont à votre disposition dans le logement. Et puis, nous avons fait de belles rencontres aussi dans le village. Je recommande vivement.

Silke was WONDERFUL! She was extremely responsive and helped with incredible recommendations and even made reservations for our group. She was friendly and was around to assist to however not intrusive. Our time there would not have been the same without her there! The views were stunning, even with the rain we had plenty to do and places to spend time. We spent many nights with great memories made on the veranda! Her house was magical and she was a joy! Abbiamo soggiornato nella Villa a fine Aprile. Il posto è splendido, circondato dalla natura, silenzioso, con uno splendido giardino che circonda la casa.A circa un km ci sono panettiere, supermarket, macellaio, tutti i negozi che possono servire. Lorena è stata fantastica, ci hai aiutato in tutto, sia per trovare un ristorante per la Pasqua, sia come guida per i vari siti da visitare. La casa ha ogni confort, due zone living una al piano terra e una al primo piano, cucina abitabile con tavolo da 8. La casa è a circa un ora da Rimini per chi ama il mare. Per chi vuole visitare le città d arte a meno di 45 minuti ci sono: San Leo, San Marino, Urbino, Urbania. Soggiorno stupendo, grazie ancora Lorena.

We (group of 6) had a wonderful stay at this spacious villa with stunning interior, like straight out of AD. This made staying in as tempting as the beach that was only a 2 minute walk away. We also spent significant time in the lovely and peaceful garden with furniture surrounding it, enabling you to pick your favourite spot. Nearby you also have plenty of patisseries, bakeries, restaurants and shops. The host was friendly, helpful and communicative. He had a Gardner who supplied us with mosquito repellent candles and instantly reset the padlock to the garden gate when it stopped working. He also arranged our sun loungers by the beach for a discounted rate. You’re only a 1 minute walk away from a bus stop that takes you into Rimini within just 10 minutes (1.50 Euros per journey). There’s also the Viserba-Rimini train station nearby. It was a perfect stay and we’ll be back!

Soggiorno perfetto, il bnb è in una posizione bellissima, tranquilla e immersa nelle colline marchigiane. Giuseppe è super, presente e disponibile, ti fa sentire a casa e sempre pronto a scambire due chiacchere o a intervenire per eventuali problematiche. Nulla da aggiungere, assolutamente una struttura super consigliata per un soggiorno in famiglia o con amici. Se siete appassionati di stelle ,la sera il cielo è meraviglioso e si presta a bellissime osservazioni.

Licias Villa Cerfoglio ist ein wirkliches Kleinod mitten in den Hügeln der Emilia-Romagna. Haus und Lage sind wunderbar und auch wenn das Wetter leider nicht so schön war, haben wir uns dank des offenen Kamins einige gemütliche Tage gemacht. Die Aussicht ist bei klarem Himmel wunderbar und Licia hat uns mit vielen Leckereien und netten Worten willkommen geheißen. Diese Unterkunft lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Auch die beiden Bäder sind schön ausgestattet und es war alles sehr sauber! Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Realität übertrifft die Fotos! Vielen Dank noch einmal an Licia!
