Our modern log home is set up with fine things like Turkish towels, local artisan soaps & the softest sheets. The tasteful decor has an mcm vibe w/industrial touches. Wander outdoors, swim, follow a creek, slip into the forest, hike back, cook dinner in a state of the art kitchen w/ a pantry full of fun gadgets. Relax by the fireplace, sit outside & watch the stars, light a fire. We provide blankets & wood. A welcome basket & a fully stocked coffee bar for the early mornings are waiting for you.

Beautiful Farmhouse & Majestic Waterfall

The Sparrow House is a beautiful farmhouse with a private trail to a majestic 120' waterfall. With vintage wallpapers, eclectic antiques, a cozy fireplace, an outdoor cedar sauna, a large fenced in yard surrounded by honeysuckle vines and a spectacular mountain view, the house is a perfect getaway spot in unspoiled nature and still-wild forests of the Catskills. The waterfall is a truly magical place and considered a sacred site. The house is not appropriate for loud groups or parties. 🙏🦋🙌

🔨 Heads up: We’re currently making improvements to the property and there’s a chance of construction activity nearby on weekdays between 8am–4pm for the next few months. Get away from it all in this secluded off-grid cabin. Inspired by traditional lean-tos and modern Swedish design. This minimal space features a wall of windows that makes you feel like you are sleeping in the trees, while staying cozy and dry. There is also a traditional Norwegian Sauna and stream cold plunge for your relaxation and pleasure. **For winter bookings** This experience is not for everyone, you should be prepared for roughing it. please fully read the other notes.

The Mill Creek Guest House is centrally located, just outside of Albany with SUNY Cobleskill campus and Sunshine County Fairgrounds within walking distance, and only a short drive to Howes Caverns, Vroman's Nose Hiking Trail, Iroqois Indian Museaum, Cooperstown, Baseball Hall of Fame, Glimmerglass Opera and much more! Spend the day visiting our beautiful valley, then return to a freshly renovated guest house with plenty of space to relax.

Camp Breen

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful mountaintop house. Very close to amazing restaurants and stores. Enjoy a very clean, beautifully decorated home. An amazing place to connect to nature and unwind. Close to Howes Cavern, Cobleskill College, Oneonta, Cooperstown, Plattekill Mountain, Hunter Mountain, Maple Ski Ridge, and more! Dome on Agroforestry Farm w/ Mountain View & Ponds

Welcome to The Dome on Long Future Farms! Our unique lodging is designed to provide a relaxing experience for 2-4 guests, with a focus on minimizing our environmental impact and supporting local ecological farming. (There are currently NO animals on the farm, as this is primarily a nut tree farm.) Our dome offers a breathtaking view of our 171-acre agroforestry land, hills and ponds, allowing you to truly connect with the natural beauty of the region.

Half Moon: Fairytale Catskills Retreat

Enjoy nature in style at this fairytale in the forest. This idyllic escape combines whimsical structures, curated gathering spaces and a private wooded hillside surrounded by hiking trails and quaint towns. Disclaimer: This is a rustic cabin. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.

A Frame Cabin above the clouds

This A Frame has been restored to it's 70s potential but updated with yellow solid surface counters, Heath Tile and slate bathroom with radiant heat flooring, and Reform cabinets. The breathtaking view did not need a restoration. The house is situated on 30 acres including 3 meadows and wide grassy walking paths. It is up against state land which makes it very peaceful. In 2025 we updated the house with central heating and cooling

Mountainside Retreat Upstate New York

Retreat to this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home that spreads out across 5 acres. The natural exposed warm wood beams with high vaulted ceilings finished with lustrous metals will give you all the feels. Take in all of natures beauty with the homes oversized windows that overlook the valley and mountains or step out back on the expansive deck and take in some of the most stunning sunsets/views in central New York.
