The Tower

The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Mrs Butterwick has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a lounge, separate snug with a desk and a lovely farmhouse kitchen including original feeding troughs. Complete with a large garden and a hot tub, which has uninterrupted views of rolling fields and woodland. The barn is located on the Welbeck estate, home to the Dukes of Portland and their families since 1607. Nestled in Nottinghamshire’s Sherwood Forest, close to the Derbyshire border.

The Coach House is the beautifully converted annex of ‘The Old Rectory’; a very handsome Grade II listed seven-bedroom period home built by the son of the 1st Duke of Leeds back in 1720, in the pretty village of Harthill. It offers the perfect location to explore Sheffield and the surrounding Peak District, conveniently situated close to the M1 (Junction 30) and A57. The bright and spacious living area comprises a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms and has off road parking for two cars.

Enjoy a quiet break in the village of Laughton. Lots of beautiful walks and close commute to the city of Sheffield. We have 3 fishing ponds and a licensed tearoom that is open daily. We have 3 stables so this is ideal for family and friends to visit together although have separate accommodation. We accept 4 guests although this is 2 adults and 2 children. Dogs are welcome but must not be left alone in the property.

2 Bed Home in Worksop

Enjoy the use of our home in the central area of Worksop, only 5mins walk from the train station or 10 mins from the M1. Lots of local amenities, with a Cafe a few doors down if you don't want to rustle up your own food in the kitchen. We had a couple of iffy reviews due to the old kitchen, so we closed down in April and installed a brand new modern kitchen for our future guests
