Cozy River House.

Delightful River House with beautiful views of the Tennessee River. Our kayaks are within walking distance to community boat ramp for exploring the river. 3 single kayaks and 1 double. On the main level, kitchen and living room, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lower level has family room, bedroom with twin bunk beds, 1 bathroom and laundry room. The way our house sits on the peninsula, not much boat parking. Our neighbor on Sertoma Drive owns Undercover Storage as an option for boat parking.

3 bedroom, 2 bath River House, quiet area on Lake Chickamauga with covered dock 100 5-star reviews says it all! Reviews at previous listing. Located in a peaceful area along Lake Chickamauga, you'll find fabulous fishing + water toys + bird watching including Eagles/Osprey + amazing views from Great Room/Kitchen/Master Bedroom! Sunset Cove-sunset river views!

Enjoy peace and luxury in this modern home overlooking the Tennessee River (Lake Chickamauga section). This thoughtfully equipped space has absolutely everything you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and gaze upon gorgeous sunset views. Bring your fishing poles and/or boat and utilize the boat ramp at Cottonport Marina or the public boat ramp 2 miles away. You will have a beautiful riverfront view from the back deck, but not direct river access from the property.

Peaceful sunset waterfront

Come enjoy this peaceful retreat located on Watts Bar with year round, deep water right out the door. Located off the main channel without boat traffic. Brand new large dock and floating hangout. Only one hour from Chatt or Knoxville. Bring your boat and park it in the covered dock or use the 3 kayaks so your whole family can enjoy the water. Fully remodeled with granite and hard wood floors. Watch the sunset from the upper or lower decks. Truly a peaceful and relaxing gem!

Tiny House Glamping at Watts Bar. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. It is the perfect tiny home to stay by the lake with water access two blocks away. It has everything you need (plus a few little extras) and nothing you don’t! This open airy floor plan with a single bedroom and open concept living room. There is a small dining area inside, a bistro table for two over looking the green belt and outside seating for four around the fire pit.
