Big swimmingpool, lots of space and amazing views

Discover the 'on top of the world' feeling in this Boho chic holiday villa in the hills of Andalusia, with a seeview, not far from Malaga. In 5 minutes you are in Canillas de Aceituno on the flank of the high mountain la Maroma. Here you can take the beautiful El Saltillo walk or rent the new paddle court with a fantastic view. The beach bars on the coast can be reached within 25 minutes (16 km) and Malaga and the airport within an hour. Along the coast you will also find several golf courses.

Stunning villa+XL whirlpool, 15min walk to beach!

Villa las Terrazas is brand new! It’s blessed with 4 great terraces, heated xl-whirlpool, 3 bedrooms with 3 private bathrooms and a huge indoor terras (roofed terras) for a morning coffee. Theres a large -open- livingroom, seperate toilet downstairs, BBQ area and a private garage for 1 car. Out 15 mins walk to Pedregalejo beach. Restaurants and grocery store at 1 minute walking. The bus to the center of Malaga goes in front of the door and by taxi it's just a 10 minutes drive. Perfect villa!

Deze villa is voorzien van alle comfort. Hij heeft een ruime living en keuken. Aansluitend aan de living is een kamer. Op de bovenverdieping vind je grote slaapkamers. Er is airco voorzien. Er is een dorp met de basisvoorzieningen op 10 min afstand, voor grote inkopen kan je je begeven naar Velez-Malaga, op 20 minuten afstand. Je hebt vanuit de living een fantastisch verzicht over het meer en omstreken. Is zowel geschikt om rust te vinden als om de omgeving te verkennen zoals Granada.

“Without a doubt, one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed In”, Ian, 2021 CASA TORRE is located just outside Canillas de Albaida, in a designated area of ‘Outstanding Natural Beauty’, and offers breathtaking views down the Sayalonga Valley to the Mediterranean. Behind the house is the region's highest mountain, Maroma. There are three bedrooms, one of which is located in a separate building (but within the walled garden). Upon arrival at the villa it immediately becomes clear that this is a special place. The fantastic view and the first glance of the villa assures you that everything is as good as the description! Private pool, barbecue, air conditioning, WIFI, IPTV Located approximately 45 minutes drive from Malaga airport and approximately 25 minutes from the beach!
