This is a farm setting with animals and a beautiful view of the Ozarks. The cottage is separate but is on a hilltop next to an 8,000 square foot home. The acreage adjoins Old Wire Conservation Area, an 800 acre Missouri Conservation area with hiking trails. The cottage is conveniently located near Branson where there are a ton of attractions.

Come stay with us in this beautifully restored historic loft with upscale amenities. Located in the heart of Downtown Springfield. This luxury loft was once a historic building dating back to 1920’s and still boasts the exposed brick and original hardwood floors. This loft will sleep 4 with a king bed, futon, and pull out couch. There is one bathroom and a wash room with washer and dryer. The loft is Walking distance from fine dining, breweries, night clubs, coffee shops, and so much more!

Location! Location! Location! Our completely private, remodeled duplex is located just south of Hwy 60 in Springfield, MO. We are only a couple minutes from the closest grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers. The Battlefield Mall, Bass Pro Wonders of Wildlife, Cox and Mercy hospitals are all under 10 minutes away, and Downtown Springfield is a short 15 minute drive. If our East unit is a bit too small for your group, you can combine your booking with our West unit if available!

This is a solid stone 1920 gas station that has been converted into a tiny house. It is two blocks off of old Route 66 within quick walking distance, (3 blocks) of downtown with lots of restaurants, clubs and cinemas and theaters. Park under the portico just feet from the front door. There is a living area and a full size bed beside a kitchen. There is a place to hang clothes. It has pressed tin ceilings and hardwood floors and a decorative electric wood stove.

This comfortable three bedroom two bathroom home is located in the southwest Springfield area. It is in a quiet suburban neighborhood with easy access to all Springfield has to offer, including Bass Pro Shops, Wonders of Wildlife National Museum and Aquarium, Hospitals, Missouri State University, Drury University, Downtown Springfield, the Springfield Cardinals Stadium, and numerous other activities. The home has a clean two car garage for your use.
