The studio provides everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchenette for small meal preps, a full bathroom, a seating area, a small dining table, and designated parking spaces. Be aware of potential footsteps and noises from the second floor. a small Firepit is available upon request.

You basically need to just bring your luggage & food other than the amenities I provide. On the 2nd floor, so stairs are required. A residential area in the City of Rensselaer and only 5-7 minutes to downtown Albany & major highways & train station, with a boat launch only 2 minutes away & 10 minutes to shopping.
