This relaxing getaway offers perfect blend of comfort, nature, and is perfect for couples, families or outdoor enthusiasts looking to unwind and explore. Enjoy coffee in the morning and smores by the fire at night. Bring your boat or Jet Ski, the state boat launch is located 1 mile from cabin, making it easy to launch your boat and enjoy the water. We also have kayaks and a pedal boat available for your use.

Canalside Cabin/Pet Friendly/On snowmobile trail

Relax and enjoy the outdoors at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located on the Black River Canal which offers trails for hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking , and snowmobiling within steps from the cabin. Bring your side by side or snowmobiles and leave from the cabin to access miles of trails both locally and in the Tug Hill region. 3 mi. from the cabin is a superb 18 hole well maintained golf course. After a fun day of riding, hiking, biking or kayaking relax in the woods around a cozy fire.

Amazing Tree House on Black River Near Old Forge

Perched in privacy on the Black River is a rustic Tree House designed for adults only who are looking to be off the grid and connect with Mother Nature. Glamping at its best! The very private Tree House is perched on a hill overlooking the peaceful river. The quaint treehouse has five sides of glass and screens to view the river. This is built around trees but you enter from ground level. A power pack is available to charge cell phones and make coffee. Relax by a campfire at river's edge.

Breckenbrick On Broad

This fully equipped Utica Loft is an absolute eye-catcher! The open floor plan met with beautiful finished concrete floors boasts incredible views bringing the outdoors in. Teak counters, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar to host all your coffee necessities. This Loft is located in a neat quiet area tucked away from all noise and distraction. With this, Breckenbrick Loft is only 3 minutes from Downtown and houses some of the best restaurants and activities the area has to offer.

The Buddy Shack is a newly-renovated lakeside retreat that provides stunning views and all of summer and fall’s pleasures. This seasonal cabin dates from the 1930s but offers all of the amenities you could ask for. It has two-bedrooms, an updated bath, a huge deck, a large dock and an outdoor fire pit. Pets are welcome (maximum 1) for a $95 pet fee. We will consider other pets, please inquire. A great location that brings you everything upstate New York and the Adirondacks have to offer.

Free campfire wood included with your stay so you can enjoy s’mores if you just can’t be pulled away from the peaceful serenity, then retire in comfort in a comfortable apartment.

Your Nest in the Woods Treehouse is a great place for adults to feel like a kid again and to unwind in the woods or down by the water! A cozy get-away for couples, or small group get together! (The Nest is not suitable children or pets). The tree house has front and back decks. Under the treehouse is a sheltered picnic table area, propane grill, and a wood fire pit and outdoor games. Hang out by the overlook and enjoy the view or follow trail down to Fish Creek water access.
