Keeping It Beachy

Desirable location, safe friendly neighborhood, 10/15 min drive to manhattan - hermosa, 7 min drive to Riviera Village. My place is good for local staycations, bike rides on the strand, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. 8 miles LAX, house hunting. Property is set up for 2 guests. Only approved guest can stay or come into the house. The max guest limit is 3. The 3rd guest needs to be approved before they stay.
