High quality mattresses, front patio well equipped, 3 TV:S - in all rooms, charcoal grill, 19 towels: 4-shower, 4-hands, 4-wash cloth, 4- beach towels, 4 beach chairs, a cooler, hair dryer, iron, ceiling fans, parking for 2 cars. No steps, your private and free laundry. Large tree provides shade, close to restaurants.

Has a heated pool, 2 firepits, 2 day beds, hammock, lots of seating. Only 5-10minutes to the sugar sand beaches, walking distance to a big park, as well as the Pinellas Trail, (biking, workout trail 35 miles long) Grocery stores, gas stations, banks, restaurants, etc all within 10 min.
