My place is close to public transport, parks, and white sand beaches. You’ll love my place because of the location, the neighborhood, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, a parent and a child. Its a small studio condo, but it has a nice queen bed with ironed white sheets, bath towels, beach towels, shampoo & toiletries, beach chairs & bikes. So if you like to spend your time outdoors:at the pool,sunbathing at the beautiful sand beach, biking you will have fun.

Great beach living with lush views, a heated pool & a low-key atmosphere. Access to the Gulf of Mexico across the street. This CLEAN studio has a full kitchen, a queen bed, WiFi & TV, plus a sleeper sofa. This is great HOLIDAY living. Dine outdoors on the balcony overlooking the courtyard. EnJOY the recreation park next door, w/views, a workout station & a picnic area. Parking is onsite. Close to St. Pete, Clearwater, & St.John's. The pool and the hot tub are heated all year round. There are 3 double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Large Lounge/Dining Room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 Air Conditioning units fully servicing the entire apartment and Ceiling fans in all rooms. 40 X 20ft. heated pool and 10 X 8ft hot tub right next to the beach.
