You must love cats in the house. Relax with the whole family. Beautiful new construction home on a river leading to Tampa Bay. Saltwater solar heated pool and jacuzzi overlooks river and mangroves. Kayak and paddle board for miles in either direction. Under 20 min to Tampa airport. 30 minutes to world class beaches. They are sweet cats that share the home with you. This is the owner's primary residence when not an Airbnb.
