With vintage pieces pulled from and inspired by our travels around the globe, this renovated guesthouse is a little piece of our hearts. It is on the second story, sitting above the owner’s ceramics studio below. Cozy sheets, organic towels, a gorgeous kitchen with a diverse coffee bar & more. Nestled at the foot of Missionary Ridge just 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Our guesthouse is in our spacious yard behind our home & includes it's own fire pit and seating area in it's side yard.

Located on the side of Signal, 10 minutes to downtown, while immersed in nature near pristine hiking trails and other mountain amenities, this home is equipped with 1 Gig of fiber optic internet, and is ideal for remote working. Imagine yourself cozying up to the fireplace with a book, enjoying a cocktail while swinging on the deck, or simply enjoying the view while roasting s’mores with friends at the fire pit. Close to the city while immersed in nature, this gem is the best of both worlds!

Nature getaway, 5 Minutes from downtown

This is an apartment in the lower area of the house and has its own entry. It has a good size living room, bedroom with only one queen bed and kitchen. Large deck with pond and garden. There are fresh towels and linens, hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo and some extras in case you forgot anything at home. The kitchen will usually have oatmeal, apple juice, orange juice, bottled water, a Kurig,regular coffee machine with coffee and a french press. Steep driveway but you can park in bottom lot.

North Chatt Getaway

"Clean and close!" Downtown Access spot with a touch of nature. Just 4 minutes from downtown and to the Coolidge Park shops, yet nestled in front of private wooded lot of 2 acres. Enjoy a fire pit or sit back and enjoy the HD cable TV. You have your own kitchen to make wonderful meals or chill your wine. I live up top with no access to the unit. You are welcome to text or call me with questions about anything! I know good places to eat and things to do that aren't on the tourist radar.
