Welcome to our home! Enjoy our guest suite with a bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with tub, kitchen, and sitting room with your own space to relax, eat, or work. It’s full of historic 1930s charm with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Astoria is a vibrant, safe, fun neighborhood. Our quiet street is close to shops, restaurants and bars, and a short ten-minute walk to the Astoria-Ditmars subway station (15 minutes to Manhattan). Read our reviews to learn more.

Church view bedroom in Harlem brownstone

Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.

Enjoy peace and quiet and the comforts of home in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to Manhattan! You'll have this sunny, quiet, recently renovated third floor suite all to yourself, with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and private bathroom. Hosts live on site and are available to help. We’re in a lively part of Astoria, with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants to enjoy. After a short walk to the Ditmars N/W stop, the train is 15-20 minutes to Manhattan.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish private bedroom. The room has a queen size bed, TV, closet space, and NYC views from your window. It also features remote controlled AC/heat and shares a bathroom in the hallway. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Enjoy the many local parks places to go, like Socrates Sculpture Park, and Roosevelt Island. Close to trains and buses. I am always available as I live in the unit.

Formerly a rare bookshop, the garden suite resounds with Harlem Heights' history from the Founding Fathers thru the Founding Brothers to our vibrant now. Think privacy, quiet, autonomy and a garden in bloom. Short walk, one subway stop, to NY/Columbia-Presbyterian. This is a two family house. Fully compliant with NYC short term rental laws. Hosts discretely present during your stay.

Designer's apartment located on a quiet tree lined block of the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Just four flights up brings you to a private, separate entrance leading to your stay with a queen bed, 55" flat screen smart TV with all streaming channels, fast wi-fi that is tested for 338 download speed, writing desk and seating area with couch. For one guest host stays in the other side of the unit, two guests, you will have the entire rental.

This is a very cozy studio in the heart of Astoria. If you haven't visited Astoria before, the local avenues are just around the corner! Subway (M or R) just 3 blocks away. The unit shared with me offers a cozy stay, the bed pulls out of the wall, so you can have the open space if you need. Heated floor for even a cozier stay. I will also be present in the unit during the guests’ stay!

여러분이 머무실 곳은 센트랄 할렘에 위치 해 있습니다. 이 빌딩은 몇 년전 개조되었으며, 그 본래의 우아함이 더 살아나 있습니다. 높은 천정과 큰 방이 아주 쾌적한 환경을 제공합니다. 아주 고급의 침대 매트리스는 잠자는 숲속의 미녀가 누렸던 편안한 잠을 확신합니다. 지내실 브라운 스토운 빌딩은 맨하탄 어디든지 빨리 연결되는 전철이 가까이에 있습니다. 렉싱턴 (말콤 엑스) 에뷔뉴를 따라 쭉 내려가면 센트랄 파크 북쪽에 도착하게 됩니다. 주변에 역사 깊은 교회들과 장소들이 많아 할렘 워킹 투워도 현재 11월 중에 진행되고 있습니다.
