Wir befinden uns auf einer Höhe von ca. 880 Metern, was unsere Gäste unmittelbar das Almfeeling spüren lässt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Entspannung & die österreichische Idylle zu genießen. Der NATUR so nah

Relax in the quiet environment, look at the stars, or be active in sports. As you wish. The large garden with dining area, hammock and deck chairs invites you to linger. The house is located on a ski mountain and on the cross-country ski trail. Hiking trails lead away directly in front of the house. In 8 minutes on foot: sports shop, bus stop, swimming lake. Culinary, 5 minutes walk: a café, a pizzeria and 2 restaurants. Or you can get the mushrooms and berries right behind the house...

Der Gruberhof original erhalten aus dem 15. Jahrhundert, bietet eine gemütliche und ungezwungene Atmosphäre lädt Sie dazu ein, sich unter Gleichgesinnten daheim zu fühlen. Sie möchten sich eine kurze Auszeit gönnen zum Malen, Lesen Nachdenken? Oder möchten Sie aktiv Ihren Urlaub verbringen mit Skifahren, Wandern, Bergsteigen oder einen Familienurlaub mit endlosen Möglichkeiten ..? Was auch immer Sie in die Ramsau führt, der Gruberhof ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt dafür.

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

small cozy holyday apartment

The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, and a kitchen. 10 minutes to the town center, grocery store, and indoor swimming pool with sauna in the immediate vicinity. Parking is available on the property. A bread roll delivery service is available, or you can have breakfast in town (Sattlers, Steffl Bakery). Ski storage for two people at the gondola station is included. Dogs are welcome.

Haus Anne

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).

Wohnen in Ramsau am Dachstein

Die Wohnung bietet genügend Platz für bis zu vier Personen, da sich die Couch ausziehen lässt. Das Badezimmer beinhaltet eine Badewanne, Waschbecken und Waschmaschine (Waschmittel nornalerweise vorhanden). WC getrennt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und neu! Gewürze, sowie Öl und Essig darf gerne benutzt werden. Vorhanden ist ein eigener Garten mit Sitz- und Essmöglichkeiten, sowie einen Hängesessel und einen Holzkohlen-Grill.

Das Apartment liegt gut eingebettet in der Region "Schladming/Dachstein" und gehört zu den Qualitätsunterkünften der "myNests"-Gruppe. Die Skigebiete sind wenige Minuten entfernt, im Sommer ist die Sommercard inklusive. Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch!
