Our Place on the Lake!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The past few years we have slowly renovated for the perfect couples retreat, or family recharge directly on E. Lake Tawakoni. We have done our best to supply everything you need to unplug & enjoy Mother Nature at her best. This is a perfect place for soothing sunsets, beautiful sunrises and an array of wildlife. You may see deer, squirrels, hawks & maybe a Bald Eagle! Enjoy the day catching your favorite fish from our 100ft dock.

Lakefront Retreat on Tawakoni | Private Pier Kayak

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Peaceful tastefully updated with all the modern amenities on Lake Tawakoni. Nestled under a canopy of trees with nice back porch and outdoor fire pit, you will get a little taste of the country right in the heart of town. This is a great space for a romantic getaway or a weekend of fun with the whole family. Enjoy all that Lake Tawakoni / East Texas has to offer with good entertainment and dining and then come home to this peaceful oasis.

Lunker Bunker

Relax at the lake with the whole family at this peaceful place with lake view & lake access. Lake Fork offers some of the best fishing in the US with record breaking bass, crappie & cat fish. Includes fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, queen sleeper sofa, & full size futon. There’s a pavilion, boat house & fire pit for your enjoyment down at the lake. There’s a public launch ramp 2 minutes down the road & Lake Fork golf course is just 1/2 mile away. We also have kayaks & SUP’s for rent.

Tiny Bluebird Cottage

What could be better than spending your vacation @ First Monday Trade Days or simply just getting away? The Tiny Bluebird is a newly built, tastefully decorated, cozy cottage located on Willow Lake in Wills Point, Texas. A stone throw away from fishing, swimming, or kayaking. This well thought out cottage has multi-color rustic hardwood tiled floors throughout which are accented with beautiful lighting. The master bath has tiled floors, white marble sink top, and walk-in tiled shower to match.

Rustic Studio Bunk House on Lake Tawakoni

Relax at this peaceful, lakeside, studio bunk house. It is one big bedroom with a kitchenette area, separate bathroom, king bed, & 4 bunk beds (more than 4 guest extra $10 per guest/night, 6 guest max). Kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, & Keurig coffee maker (no stove or sink); outside gas grill & picnic table. Enjoy lake view from back deck & watch kids play on swing set. Bring fishing gear & fish from the dock. Dogs under 25lbs welcome ($10 per pet/stay, 2 pets max).

Memaw’s View @ Weeping Willow Ranch

Attention Canton Shoppers and Lake Fork fishermen! Weeping Willow Ranch is proud to offer our 2nd guesthouse on our property Memaw’s View! This newly remodeled 2 bed/2 bath home has everything you’ve come to expect at the WWR. There are 2 separate bedrooms with queen beds along with a queen Murphy bed and queen pull-out couch in the main living room. You will enjoy the view of our private 5 acre lake from the front porch as well as wildlife and livestock. Security gate and covered parking.

The 2 stall boat dock is just a short walk from the house and there are several boat launches nearby. Enjoy the built in fire pit and large porch facing the water. The house has 1 king, 2 queen and 2 twins, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen with dining area and washer and dryer. Only 25 minutes from First Monday Trade Days.

Wildflower yurts are one of a kind romantic getaway for two! You have all the comforts of home, like air conditioning, electricity, showers and toilets. Beautiful sunrise/sunset views of farm country and the Wildflower Wedding Venue property. Private shady spots in the trees perfect for reading a book in the hammock. We have three yurts on the property Honeysuckle, Primrose and the Bluebonnet. All three can be booked on Airbnb.

Cabin at Chitt's Creek

Newly Renovated Cabin on 1 acre centrally located between Lake Fork and Lake Tawakoni! First Monday Trades Day is only a short 25-minute drive. Chitt's Creek Cabin is a short 15 min drive to Lake Tawakoni State Park and less than 10 minutes to the nearest boat dock! Fisherman Paradise for tournaments or a perfect place to get out of the city to relax around the campfire, star gaze and just have a great time!
