The modern design takes advantage of a panoramic view of Lake Austin from the living room and private balcony. Enjoy a glass of wine while you watch one of the famous sunsets over the lake! 1BR /1BA apartment can sleep up to four guests. King bed. Living Room with full size sofa bed. Let our private suite be your home away from home for your next Austin trip! Located 12 miles south of downtown, we are close enough to enjoy the luxuries of the city as well as the relaxation that our country setting offers. Our suite is above our garage and sits amongst the treetops of a large Live Oak. We are located on a wet creek which is frequented by deer, ducks and Great Blue Herons to name a few.
