The house has a sunny terrace (35m2), a shared community pool, a spacious living room and three romantic bedrooms with two bathrooms.

This beautiful apartment on the first line of the sea has 3 double rooms, one of them with bathroom en suite. The other bathroom is located just down the hall. The kitchen (fully equipped) is open in the living room with views of the sea and promenade. Balcony / terrace and laundry area.
