Ferienwohnung Haldennest

Ruhig gelegen, erreichen Sie die Stadtmitte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Minuten. 300 Meter entfernt lockt das Resort Val Blu (Wellness/Gym). Skigebiete sind in 20 Minuten zu erreichen, der Bodensee in 35 Minuten. Der Messepark Dornbirn ist 25 Minuten entfernt, der Bikepark Brandnertal nur 15 Minuten. Genießen Sie den Ausblick auf Berge und Tal von der Sonnenseite des Berges aus. Wanderwege sind direkt zu Fuß erreichbar, und im Winter ist die Anfahrt auch ohne Winterausrüstung unproblematisch.

Apartment MountainView

Das Apartment MountainView am Fuße des berühmten Brandnertals wurde im Herbst 2024 umfangreich modernisiert und wartet nun auf deinen Besuch! Das Apartment ist infrastrukturell perfekt angebunden. Das örtliche Einkaufszentrum sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fitnessstudio sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Bludenz ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bus (welcher vor der Haustüre abfährt) bringt dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum nächsten Skilift.

Die Wohnung liegt am Stadtrand von Bludenz und verfügt über einen großzügigen Abstellraum für Sportgeräte sowie eine eigene Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und der Möglichkeit, Bekleidung aufzuhängen. Supermärkte sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bushaltestellen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, zum Bahnhof gelangt man in kurzer Zeit. Bludenz ist der ideale Ausgangsort in verschiedene Wander- und Schigebiete. Arlberg, Sonnenkopf, Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal…).

Chalet-Aloha

Herzlich willkommen im Chalet-ALOHA ALOHA steht im Hawaiianischen für Freundlichkeit, Frieden, Lebensfreude, Liebe und Wertschätzung. Dazu möchte ich euch einladen und euch ein wohliges Zuhause bieten. Das Chalet liegt in der Dorfmitte. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

Achoo und daheemfühla.......walserisch für "ankommen und zuhause fühlen." Das erwartet Sie, wenn Sie Ihren Urlaub im Ferienhaus Vakanz verbringen. Der herrliche Rundumblick zum Walserkamm und den Schweizer Bergen ist imposant und lädt ein zum Wandern, Biken, Schifahren oder einfach nur um im Liegestuhl oder der Hängematte die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Ein Kachelofen sorgt für behagliche Wärme an kalten Winterabenden. Im Sommer kann die Terrasse gerne auch zum Grillen genützt werden.

Knusperhäuschen Höfen-hüsle

In Raggal, the holiday home Knusperhäuschen Höfen-Hüsle offers a wonderful panoramic view over the valley, with its picturesque villages, to the Swiss mountains. The holiday home is a listed building, as it is already 350 years old. In 2009 it was partially renovated. The 2-storey holiday home consists of a living room with a pellet stove, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV.

Apartment Bludenz - modern, quiet & office free

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

Chalet 150 sqm

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Ferienwohnung Murmeli

Our house is at the upper end of the large Walsertal in Fontanella. There are numerous ways to make your vacation varied. Our holiday apartment “Murmeli” has 35 square meters of living space. There is also a wonderful terrace with a breathtaking view. The bedroom has a double bed, the kitchen-living room is fully equipped, plus a cozy seating area with a view. In the living area a small sofa and a TV. Our guests are welcome to park directly in front of the house.

UlMi´s Tiny Haus

company Wohnwagon. I am equipped with a cozy double bed. Cooking on a wood or gas stove. I am heated with a wood stove or infrared heater. The shower is also a gem. The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.
