Située entre le Tarn-et-Garonne et le Tarn, la maison est entourée d'une nature verdoyante et désordonnée . Le jardin, bordé par le ruisseau Cabeou et la rivière Aveyron, offre un accès direct à la baignade. Depuis le salon, profitez d'une vue apaisante sur de majestueux chênes centenaires. De nombreux sentiers de randonnée partent de la maison À proximité : Bruniquel, classé parmi les plus beaux villages de France (3 km), Montricoux avec ses commerces (4 km), Montauban (25 min), Toulouse (1h)

Agréable Gite du Lot Touristique

Charmant gite de plain-pied pour 2 à 4 personnes, situé près d’un hameau. Entièrement restauré à neuf, il mélange la belle pierre du Quercy, les poutres apparentes & le confort récent. Il comprend : -pièce principale avec une cuisine ouverte équipée (four, micro-onde, plaque induction, frigo, hotte, lave-vaisselle, TV), et un clic-clac (2 pers en 140) -coin nuit : un lit 2 personnes (140) -salle de bain avec douche -wc -climatisé -table extérieure, barbecue NB : draps et serviettes non fournis

Chalet deux chambres, Le Bois de Faral

Linge de lit et de toilette en supplément : 9 € par personne. Le Bois de Faral est un village de gîtes, respectueux de l'environnement. Pas juste pour l'environnement si joli dans le Lot, mais parce que nous humains, vivons dans cet environnement que l'on voudrait le plus sain possible pour y être bien. Jouer dans la piscine, ne rien faire, regarder les enfants... profiter. Vous ne savez pas quoi faire ? Vous ne voulez rien faire ? On propose l'un comme l'autre, sans aucun sens des priorités.

Le Pech de Valprionde

We are now classed 2**. Discover a comfortable, fully equipped cottage with old time charm in the heart of the hamlet of Saint-Félix. If you are looking for calm and the real experience of the Quercy countryside with its beautiful landscapes, it is an ideal location to escape from the bustle of city life. The nearest shops are about 10 km away. However, artistic, historic, and pre-historic sites, as well as fine regional cooking are easily accessible. Read Other Things to Note below.

Le gîte, "Le Joyeux Liseron", est une maisonnette cosy avec terrasse sur pilotis plus un espace nature avec belle vue sur les coteaux et bain nordique privatif. Independent, il est au fond de la propriété, tournée vers la nature. Boulodrome en accès libre. Un gîte idéal pour séjour détente/nature. Bain nordique au feu de bois, facile à utiliser (attention, pas jacuzzi, pas de bulles mais écolo !). Génial par tous temps ! Pour rayonner dans beaux paysages du Tarn, visiter Albi, Gaillac...

Outside you will find a 100m² patio, the 9x4 pool, a BBQ, a table tennis table. 15 min drive from Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, rated as one of the most wonderful French village. 10-15 min drive from Cajarc, Limogne-en-Quercy, Tour-de-Faure markets full of local specialities. 5 min drive from the Lot river with its pedalo, canoe spot.

The Rataboul Pigeonnier

Nestled in an orchard with far reaching views over the countryside, Rataboul Pigeonnier is a beautiful and peaceful 19th century pigeonnier, tastefully restored in a modern and comfortable style. After a day of exploring, relax in the garden on the south facing terrace, or refresh in the above ground swimming pool (6.25m X 3.75m), enveloped in the stone walls of an ancient barn. Shared with the owners, it's a great spot to cool off while enjoying glimpses of the fabulous view.

Le Magnolia du Bonheur will delight you with its quietness, in the heart of the thousand-year-old vineyard, near the shops of the town of Gaillac. This 80m2 gite can accommodate up to 4 people.

Located in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Causses, come and discover Aveyron and Lot from this house nestled in a small hamlet, 20 km from Villefranche de Rouergue and 7 km from Cajarc. This charming barn, surrounded by nature on a wooded plot of 6000m2, offers all the comfort you desire. During June and July, week-long stays (Saturday to Saturday) are preferred.

Charming cottage with private pool & closed garden

Come and recharge your batteries in an idyllic setting in the heart of nature. Comfort, charm and serenity await you. "La Pitchoune" which affectionately means "The little one" is located on a property of 1.4 hectares, of lawn, flowers, meadow, woods. You will find a swimming pool (4x 8 meters) surrounded by a terrace. You will have direct access from the property to hiking and mountain biking trails. The cottage is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.
