Bousson-le-Bas est un hameau idéal pour les amateurs de nature et de sports Outdoor ; vous pourrez y randonner sur les nombreux chemins et GR à proximité, pédaler sur les petites routes ou les parcours VTT, pêcher sur le lac du Crescent ou ailleurs, vous baigner, faire du canoë ou du rafting, observer les étoiles… ou bien encore, ne rien faire...

Little quiet authentic renovated gem in Morvan

Small cosy and completely renovated house for two with bedroom and bathroom downstairs and living with kitchen upstairs. The house is just 25 min from the highway A6 and on the border of a village and with a few steps you are in the forrest. Lake Saint Agnan is just 15 min, Vezelay 30 min. The house is situated next to the main building, but with it own entrance and terrace, so with plenty privacy. In the village there is a epicerie with bread, bar and restaurant. Next village has more shops.

La "p'tiote majon"

Petite maison idéalement située dans le Morvan, à proximité d'une rivière et de chemins de rando, et à 10 min en voiture de Quarré les tombes (village aux nbreux commerces). La maison indépendante se situe au sein d’une ancienne ferme morvandelle et de son terrain de 5000M2. Elle est composée d’une entrée, d’un salon avec un canapé convertible, d’une petite cuisine simple et d’une chambre confortable. Elle bénéficie d’une vue dégagée sur le Morvan ! Pour nous la plus belle vue du Morvan !

The Dove House at the Wandering Snail

Le Pigeonnier (The Dove House) Nestled in the heart of France in a quiet Burgundian village this quirky dove house, once part of the chateau estate, has been restored and converted into unique accommodation. The ground floor has a kitchenette, eating area, and a walk-in shower room, toilet and basin. The upper floor with bedroom/sitting room, is reached via an external spiral staircase. Parking is available on the premises. Access from junction 23 on the A6 Paris-Lyons autoroute.

Cool, comfortable and spacious (90m2) home on 2 floors. Large kitchen , lounge and terrace on street level and fabulous 1 double bedroom open plan room on the 2nd floor. A converted grange perched on a mountain in a medieval village 16 minutes from the A6, this peaceful home makes an ideal stop over for holidays in the Alps or south of France. Please note - there is a studio apartment with its own entrance on the lower ground floor - rented separately.

Chalet à l'orée des bois

Petit chalet en plein coeur du Parc Naturel du Morvan. Situé en bordure d'un petit hameau proche tous commerces et entouré de nombreux chemins de randonnée. A noter: nous venons de créer un second gîte pour 2 personnes au fond du jardin (voir photos). Il est séparé du chalet par un petit ruisseau et une clôture. L'accès à ce gîte et son espace extérieur sont côté forêt: les deux gîtes sont donc totalement indépendants, et il n'y a pas de vis-à-vis.
