Amazing views in this private and gated mountain community. Enjoy the fresh mountain air as you walk down to community waterfall or take a five minute drive to the public swimming beach on Kerr Lake. You will find yourself in close proximity to all area venues (Sky Retreat, Fussell Farms, Wanderlust, etc.) . Easy access just off of Boone Trail. Great cell phone reception and fast WIFI.
