Gorgeous retreat on River Avon, overlooking world famous Royalty Fisheries, just a 5 min walk from train station, with parking. This stunning Lodge is the perfect getaway, having the benefit of peaceful river views, whilst in the centre of historic Christchurch. Watch the sunrise from bed, then (with a day pass) you can fish or just sit on the large covered verandah or open deck area, watch the wildlife and then walk into town to shop/eat/drink in 5 mins. Close to beaches AND the New Forest.

A few minutes walk to Christchurch centre, main tourist attractions and train station. Beaches approx 5 minute drive away (or 45 min walk). Private south facing garden, good for catching the sun & relaxing. A double bedroom and a single bedroom can accommodate up to 3 adults , travel cot and high chair available for another 4th infant guest. Sorry no pets.

Beautiful sandy beaches only 6 mins by car. The New Forest National Park is about 10 mins by car. Ideally located on a peaceful street in central Christchurch, the Priory, Castle, restaurants, cinema, shops are on your doorstep. Christchurch Rail Station is a 13 minute walk with hourly trains to London 1h50m.

Grade 2* Listed situated in the heart of Christchurch Historic Old Town next to the 11th Century Priory Church. The property has undergone a full refurbishment (new kitchen, bathrooms etc) in 2021 and offers a parking permit for the duration of the stay. There is no on site parking.
