Accommodation is very homely and comfortable with lots of home comforts. It is a perfect location for access to beach, harbour and town with ease of access to some lovely bars and restaurants. Fantastic location for beautiful walks. We’ve stayed here many times and will do so again.

Absolutely beautiful flat. It was clean and we loved the thought that went into the decor. And there was enough toilet roll! 😆 The hosts were very responsive and amenable. The bar opposite was a bit loud with music but it stopped at 12 and didn't bother us really. Thank you.

The apartment is modern, comfortable and well appointed with wonderful views of the coast and sea. It is a perfect base for exploring the local area with lovely walks on the doorstep. Brian is a lovely host, easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Lovely flat with stunning sea view if there are no big cars parking. Tara was an absolute great host and decorated her flat with contemporary and worthy furniture. All rooms were spotlessly clean and well equiped. We highly appreaciated that even accessories like kitchen equiment or toilet paper have been provided. Even if the flat is close to the beach and the town centre of Boscombe, it is really quite and private. Parking at the street was easily possible. Thank you for all the kind messages and useful information. We will definitely come back :)

Stephen and Annette have a lovely home, we enjoyed our stay there over the Easter long weekend. The vibes were really cosy and they were generous with providing some snacks and breakfast items. Stephen even came over to help us figure out heating settings and was really friendly! The area was lovely and peaceful, with a big supermarket about 10-15 min walk away and a cosy cafe for breakfast just down the road. We were also able to get to Bournemouth town centre very easily with a 10-min drive and explored some great stretches of coast quite easily! We really loved our stay and would love to visit again :)

We stayed here for a hen party and my expectations were well passed! The place felt so homely and welcoming and was beautifully decorated. The hot tub was a big highlight and felt so clean! Stylish beach house is exactly what it says it is. Very clean comfortable, lots of space. It is right in the heart of the pubs,restaurants,shops and beach. Would definitely recommend to a friend or relative. Tristan the host was amazing very helpful and kind. Would definitely like to go back there again some other time.

The house was a perfect location for us as a family. We regularly visit Swanage and this is now the closest to town we have stayed. You would not think in less than 5 minutes you would be in town due to how quiet it was. House was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for a family of 5. If we needed Anne we knew we could have messaged. We managed to find parking not far from the house so this was also no issue for us. Will look again at staying here as we can not fault it at all. 5*

The house was exactly what we needed, and was in an ideal location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive throughout our stay. The only things I would suggest is that the host provides hand wash in the bathrooms (this is something I’ve experienced in all other airbnb experiences), and the host needs to replace the dining table and dining chairs as these are worn out, and not fit for use. Overall, the house was exactly what we as a group of nine (with two children) needed, and the bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Slight concern about parking but easy to unload by front door. Then spaces to park on Durlston Road and in evening there were spaces by front door :-)) moved cars down did not need to move them again so easy departure.

Steven's apartment was truly great and as described. There was everything you needed for a home meal, and instructions were perfectly clear, which made our arrival and check out hassle free. Overall spotlessly clean. The location was a plus! Would definitely book again! :)

Amazing place to stay. Short walk to beach/ town. Quiet location. Nice comfortable beds. Excellent shower. Very clean. Decking with seating at the back is in the sun from morning to evening and is secluded. Absolutely 5 Stars and over.

We had a wonderful stay as a family of 4 with a teenager and 10 year old. The communication prior to our arrival was very clear and timely. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location, just minutes from the beach. We kept commenting throughout that David and Liz have considered absolutely everything their guests would need and require during the stay. It was spotless and very well kept, we will certainly be back!

Spacious three bedroom 2nd floor appartment. Lift located next to appartment front door. One parking space which can be seen from living room window. Lots of extras in appartment- eg shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet roll, hand soap etc which was a great addition. Further free parking around the corner on Derby Road. 10 min walk to Boscombe beach. Would thoroughly recommend and look forward to a return trip

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!

This is a beautiful apartment right on the sea front. It was super clean, easy to access, spacious and perfect for our long weekend getaway. We will absolutely be returning!

Nice clean accommodation, well decorated with everything you would need, good communication from Maureen regarding the stay. Tesco nearby for groceries, Cafe 100yds away for coffee and breakfast or dinner. We stayed for a weekend and went to eat at Rick Steins one night and Poole harbour the next night.

Great place to base ourselves to explore Bournemouth for a couple of days. Great communication with hosts thank you for a lovely stay.
