Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

From the very beginning, it was clear that this would be a family business that would be transferred to their daughters, but later also to their grandchildren. Since the owners are very fond of tradition and family in such an environment, we host our guests. Our apartment is perfect for a family trip or a romantic getaway.

Apartman Anka 5 nalazi se u mirnom dijelu mjesta Punat. Sastoji se od jedne spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka, kuhinje, kupaonice i prostrane terase. S terase se pruža prekrasan pogled na more i otočić Košljun. Apartman je opremljen klima uređajem, WiFi-jem i perilicom rublja. Na raspolaganju vam stoji i privatno parkirno mjesto u dvorištu. Kućni ljubimac dozvoljen je na upit.

It is the oasis if you like to relax and enjoy spectacular view of the sea and nearby islands and Mediterranean garden. Our house is pet friendly but we charge additional fee for pets.

Jenina - a small flat in a quiet neighborhood

Our apartment is small but it got everything You need! The first beach is 1km away, but You could also go by car to the bigger beach - a 4min ride (1,8km). There You can find our water slides with a sea water pool (see pictures)! The first round is on us :) A lot of other outdoor activities are also available there.
