Charming villa Cherry - First floor apartment

Villa Cherry offers 2 beautiful apartments within a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, caffes and bakeries. This is a first floor apartment and can host 4-6 people. It offers beautiful covered terrace with a dining table, one bedroom with king size bed and other with two separate beds., a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dinding table. It is located only 100 m from the sea and the beach and only 500 m from the Punat centre. The apartment has free wifi and parking place.

This apartment is located on the top floor of the house and offer a high comfort space of 90m2. My place is close to family-friendly activities, nightlife and downtown. You will appreciate my accommodation for the view, the location, the heated swimming pool and its Mediterranean garden, the people and the atmosphere. This modern 24 m2 studio is located in a quiet street of Punat town, only 350m from the shop and 500m from the first beach and the promenade by the sea. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a private terrace. Studio is situated on the low ground floor of the house. The pool is shared with guests from the another apartment situated in the same house. Parking is in the yard. The pool opens on 01.06. and closes on 01.10. A/C and Wi-Fi are included in the price.

Our apartment is small but it got everything You need! The first beach is 1km away, but You could also go by car to the bigger beach - a 4min ride (1,8km). There You can find our water slides with a sea water pool (see pictures)! The first round is on us :) A lot of other outdoor activities are also available there.
