This beautiful, attractive and luxurious Villa is on a perfect location,only 400 m from the beach. We designed and decorated it with a lot of passion, care, love and attention to detail, that makes it a truly dream home, opened for rent in June 2016. It is a fully detached Villa with living area of 400 m2, with a large private pool of 50 m2 and a beautiful garden of 1,500 m2 with roses, olive trees, palm trees and many plants. It is a perfect home for a memorable and relaxing family vacation.

Apartment "Romantic pop" is situated a few minutes from the beach and Lungomare area, Max city center (shopping mall) and in front of new pool, fitness and sauna center. In the neighborhood you can find also post office, caffe bars, tennis courts, restaurants, ecc. and a hospital is 10 minutes away by walk. Apartment "Silva" is placed in the ground level of family house ca. 45m2. Bedroom with a queen size bed, toilet, and also a kitchen and living room with a couch that can be turned into a bed for two. On request, it is possible to rent only half of the object for 6 persons with correction of the price. It's located between National park Brijuni, Fažana and the city center of Pula, which is only 3 km far, as well as the nearest beach.
