The "Studio Valkane" is a brand new studio apartment at only 150Mt from the sea and 350Mt from the wonderful Gortan Beach. Modernly furnished and fully equipped, it's situated on the ground floor of a private property. Suitable for couples/friends or solo travellers, has a TV 55" 4K + Netflix , air conditioning, kitchen fully equipped, free internet WiFi. The old city center of Pula is 5 minutes by car or bus (20/25 minutes walking), 5 minutes walking to the beach or "Max City" shopping mall.

Najbliža plaža nalazi se na 4 km udaljenosti od stana (Valkane beach). Besplatna parkirališna mjesta ispred zgrade. Our bright and airy app is set on a first floor of a small residential building, built in 1962. Being located in Monvidal, a quiet neighborhood of town, makes it a great starting point from which to explore all the main city’s attractions. It only takes a 5 min. walk to our magnificent Amphitheater and about 10 min walk to the heart of old town. Farmers market and strict city center is less than 15 min walk away.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

The apartment is located 2.5 km from the beach and 2.5 km from the center. 800m away is the excellent restaurant Boccaporta. The building is surrounded by trees and Mediterranean plants. It is a building of three apartments. Your apartment is on the first floor. I live on the ground floor with my family.
