Welcome! If you are looking for a place to rest on your journey, or if you'd like to make this your temporary home away from home, this is the perfect place for you. We have our own private Lake Access with a Jetty and can cater for boat trailers. It is a downstairs, self-contained, with its own private entrance Our location is around 18 minutes from Rotorua, the nearest supermarket for supplies is 15 minutes away, you will pass it as you drive to us from Rotorua. We don't cater for 2-10yr olds

Affordable luxury at Kawaha Point. Generously appointed 2 level, 4 bedroom home in a stunning setting - the perfect lake edge family holiday location. Sleeps up to 12 - ideal for two or more families or groups wanting to share a holiday experience and costs. An additional apartment above the garage is also available for an additional $150 per night for larger groups. This has an extra shower, toilet, kitchenette, king bedroom and single bedroom and internal access to the rest of the house.

Large bedsit flat with kitchen and bathroom

The bedsit flat is situated downstairs as part of our 2 storied house. We live upstairs with our dog (a Collie cross called Nessie). It is entirely separate to our part of the house. Do expect some noise from us upstairs, but we try to keep it to a minimum. You have use of your own kitchen with a washing machine, and bathroom. We have a big garden and can offer a parking space for you behind the automated gate. Our place is very close to the beach, we are one road back from the dunes.

The Apartment has many features that will delight you. In the winter the log fire keeps the place warm and cosy.

Downstairs offers another lounge for the kids to have their own space where there is also a sofa bed for an extra 2 guests. Super comfortable beds and all of the comforts this home provides means your holiday will be just that.

Mahoenui Lakeside Cottage

An authentic 1940's Fisherman's cottage, a relaxing lakeside retreat. Safe beach for children. Modern conveniences. Renowned area for trout fishing, 8 Km to Rotorua. Five minutes drive to tourist attractions Skyline Skyrides, the Luge, Rainbow Springs, Mitai Cultural Show. The Agrodome, the Zorb. Great mountain biking on forest trails. The cottage is "nostalgic, a little magical, and a bit like home". Perfect for couples and families.

Beachside unit, short walk to shops/cafés and bars

This very cute and comfortable self contained unit has a king size bed, with ensuite (shower and toilet). Includes basic kitchenette that has a microwave, air fryer, electric frypan, fridge, plus tea & coffee facilities. There is no kitchen sink, so not ideal for lots of cooking, but perfect for basic heat ups etc. Two minutes walk to beach, shops, cafés and restaurants. Off street parking, with bus stop outside.

Papamoa Country Cottage

Great coastal panoramic views with beautiful sunsets ... Only 8 min's drive to Papamoa surf beach and shopping etc. The cottage is in a peaceful, rural setting in the Papamoa hills, adjacent to our own house and yet private, we respect your privacy and keep non intrusive to your stay and space unless required. Only minutes driving away from the vibrant hustle and bustle of Tauranga/Mt Maunganui etc.
