We highly recommend this Villa with heated pool for families, golf players, couples, business trips or just simply a relaxing stay. Parties & loud music are forbidden in this family friendly area. Villa with a big garden in the center of Nueva Andalucía. Well kept gated community, private heated pool, free garage space. Close to restaurants and supermarket. Close to 3 top golf courses, gym & beach. For those looking for a luxury Villa in a Prime location and secure area this is the one.

Amazing Ocean View, Spacious, 2 Min To Beach

Beautiful, spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment on the 6th floor in Puerto Banus with beautiful west facing sea view. The apartment is well located in a peaceful 24 hour security gated urbanisation, less than a 3 min walk to the beach and only a 5 min walk to the Puerto Banus Harbour. The apartment comes with a large terrace with 2 sun loungers and a dining table. Private underground parking included, WIFI, SMART TV. The urbanisation has a swimming pool and also a tennis/padel court.

A Beautiful modern apartment completely renovated, located on the Golden Mile with direct access and less than a 5-min walk to the famous beach, Playa Fantástica, and a 10-min walk to P Banús. The apartment is 65 m², has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a terrace with partial views of the sea and the exclusive Golden Mile of Marbella. It has community parking, garden, and a pool. From June to Oct, reservations are only accepted weekly, from Friday to Friday, with a min stay of 7 nights.
