Possibilità di lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio privato condominiale al piano interrato del palazzo. A pochi passi è presente un supermercato e un piccolo mercato rionale dove poter acquistare prodotti ortofrutticoli e pesce.

Il loft ristrutturato si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e 5 minuti dalla stazione.E' dotato di ingresso indipendente a piano terra. E' possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente. Dispone un letto matrimoniale soppalcato, divano letto matrimoniale(A richiesta culla),biancheria,cucina attrezzata,bagno con doccia e finestra, riscaldamento e climatizzatore autonomi.
