Two short blocks to prospect park and famous Brooklyn Bandshell as well as half a block to the subway will make your commute a breeze to anywhere in Brooklyn or Manhattan. We love our neighborhood feel while still in the most exciting borough of New York!

Our Greenwood Garden Apartment is a serene and minimalist Zen haven. Offering one bedroom and a futon, home office, and high ceilings, this open-layout apartment bathes in abundant natural light. The true treasure is the private backyard, which radiates peace through its elegantly simple design and provides a cozy fire pit for outdoor leisure with loved ones. While you're conveniently close to Brooklyn's charming mom-and-pop shops, it's difficult to resist the allure of this extraordinary space.

We live on the top floor of a townhouse (classic Brooklyn Limestone) with lots of natural light, located on a dead-end street in a lively, safe, and diverse neighborhood, just around the corner from Prospect Park, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and delis. The Q train subway stop is a 2-minute walk away. We (myself and my 2 teenage kids) love to have guests and have welcomed visitors from all over the world for many years, and are happy to share tips on what to do and where to go in the city.

Beautiful, spacious basement space in the owners triplex, 1/2 a block from Prospect Park with a beautiful backyard, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and living/dining room. NY law requires that we technically share the space with you, but you have the space to yourself during your stay. The owner is home during your stay. We are walking distance to subways, restaurants, shopping, movies, zoo and more. We do have a large dog named Max who you may hear from time to time (barking).
