Eric is an excellent host! He was responsive each time I reached out with a question. Though our visit was short, we really enjoyed our stay. The home is clean and is fully stocked for a comfortable stay away from home. It is spacious and has everything you'll need while entertaining with family and/or friends. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations.

We had a great stay and the place was a great value given the size and amenities. I was a little skeptical, given how new the listing was, but took a chance given the host's "super host" status with other properties. And the super host status showed in how nicely appointed the place was--one of the nicest we've stayed at. The jacuzzi was a little fiddly and I had to reset the circuit breaker several times, but I used it most nights--an added bonus. The neighborhood was very quiet. We were a bit removed from where I had hoped to stay, but we also were not in a cramped "English basement" dungeon that cost far more.

Excellent hosts. The front desk gets a bit nickel-and-dime-ish, but that is on those guys, not the host. Everything else was excellent!

We had a great stay here on our recent visit to DC. It was large enough for our group of 10 to feel comfortable and not cramped. All of the sights were an easy Uber ride away ($15-40 depending on time of day). The space was clean and we appreciated the laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner and dishwasher detergent. There was also extra paper towels and garbage bags, we appreciated not having to buy those. One note for people traveling with someone with mobility issues: the bedrooms are either up or down a steep flight of stairs. There was a futon in the back of the main floor that our mom was able to sleep on. The hosts were helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs of all time. I absolutely loved the space, which looked just as nice as the pictures. Everything was perfectly clean and yet felt very much like home right away. The area was super walkable to Old Town, even with smaller kids, and felt very safe. Renee is a wonderful host--she is very kind, friendly, and helpful. I really hope we get the chance to stay here again, because I would absolutely come back in a heartbeat!

If I could give this home a rating it would by 10/1000. I travel a lot. It this Airbnb smelled so Good. It has everything we needed or could think of. My and my friends enjoyed it. If you don’t need ti stay inside of DC this place offer peace but close to that city. The master bedroom and bathroom was everything. If I need a place this big again I would definitely come back here.
