Groenfontein Hills - "Peace and tranquility"

If Groenfontein Hills could speak for itself, it would say... well nothing... because absolute peacefulnes is what it offers. Situated high on top of a hill, away from the sounds of the day, the best views of the Groenfontein Valley can be taken in. Cool down in the pool in the hot summer days, or crawl up next to the indoor fireplace during the winter nights. With ample space and wifi provided for a work from home opportunity, consider staying a few days longer to become one with nature again.

Laasteskof - The end of the road

Laasteskof is one of the oldest working small farms (7Ha) in the middle of Prince Albert town. The historical house was built in 1945 by Dr. Luttig as his retirement home. This house offers two en suite double rooms with a daybed in the living area, a guest toilet, private outdoor shower, two spacious living areas with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Prince Albert is the prettiest of all Karoo towns. Prince Albert is nestled at the foot of the majestic Swartberg Mountains, at the very edge of the Great Karoo.

Lavender Cottage @ Yellow House

Lavender Cottage is at the edge of our almond orchard with a view of the mountains from the stoep and braai-area. A king-sized bed overlooking the mountains can be made up as 2 3/4 beds, and a separate bedroom has two single beds. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering guests. Air-conditioning and the nearby pool keep guests cool in summer and a wood stove provides warmth in winter.

Hartland Garden Suite

Privacy and space is important to some extinguished guests..... The doors open onto your own garden where you can relax under the trees or enjoy the hot Karoo sun on the pool lounger. In winter the fireplace heats up the entire suite right to your bath when you feel like floating in the water with the crackle of wood to complete a romantic breakaway.

The Farmhouse

Beautiful & comfortable heritage farmhouse in the historic town of Prince Albert. Quiet and peaceful surrounds, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Large garden full of fruit trees and birds. Please note that most of our guests who book for one night regret not staying longer, so we do recommend longer stays if you have the time!

This two-bedroomed cottage comes with a queen-size bed and air-conditioning in the main bedroom and twin beds in the small second bedroom. The cottage has one bathroom with a corner bath and walk-in shower. This unit also comes with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace in the lounge for indoor barbecue.
