1 bedroom cottage with a queen-size bed & en-suite bathroom offering double basin and shower. Open plan living-room area with sofa couch providing extra sleeping space suitable for max 2 children under the age of 8 years or 1 child between ages 8 to 12. Air conditioned bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. Outside portable barbecue facility with wood and firelighters provided. Tranquil space with springbuck roaming on lawn and variety of bird life. Pool 200 m away at homestead.

Located on a hectare of farmland in Prince Albert, with privacy, peace and security, within walking distance to restaurants, shops and museum. Children are welcome, making it an ideal getaway for a family, or for 2 couples travelling together. Aircon, swimming pool and braai facilities, fireplace for winter. Electricity is solar-powered and grid. Two double en-suites make it comfortable, an additional suite available [Acacia Annexe, book separately]. North facing verandah for afternoon sunsets.

Once an original general store, it’s been lovingly restored with antique furnishings and true Karoo character (although some say it feels like Greece). The cottage sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and offers a fully equipped kitchen, cozy lounge, free Wi-Fi, and shaded parking. Matjiesvlei Cottages - Die Stalle

Die Stalle, was originally built as the residences for two owners of undivided shares in the land bordering the Kleinrivier. It has now been restored into a comfortable 3 bedroomed cottage with a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. During the summer you can cool off in the nearby farm dam, or go for a swim in the river at the private picnic site.

Large garden full of fruit trees and birds. Please note that most of our guests who book for one night regret not staying longer, so we do recommend longer stays if you have the time!
