Alpine Ridge - Mtn. Views, Fire Pit, Pizza Oven

Alpine Ridge is set on 3 acres of land, high up on a private road. From the house, you'll see the Bearpen Mountain Range across the valley. We designed and curated our home to be a perfect escape. Though remote, we are close to town for all the essentials: 5 mins to Prattsville, 15 mins from Windham and 25 mins from Hunter. Nestled in the mountain, this beautiful three bedroom home has character galore, from the covered front porch to the birch log handrails leading to the loft. The views are bucolic; out the back is the Catskill Mountain range, and out the front is the Helderbergs. This is a very desirable location, only 15 minutes from Ski Windham. There are cathedral ceilings in the living room and dining room, and exposed beams in the large kitchen. The skylights and large windows bring the outside in.

You'll enjoy a private 1 bedroom apartment including a full size bed in the bedroom, living room with pull-out sofa and smart TV, full kitchen, bathroom and bonus work space or dining room. Off street parking, free WiFi and breakfast included. My home is a quick 5 min walk to Emma Willard School, 1.5 miles to RPI, and 2 miles to Russell Sage College.
