You will enjoy totally private and tranquil accommodation with large lounge/entertainment room, bathroom and gourmet kitchen. Outside patio with seating and breathtaking bush views will delight. Extensive wildlife all around and only 26km to Melbourne. Montsalvat, Yarra Valley and St Andrews Market are nearby.

The Stables, Fitzroy Nth - spacious, light filled

This rustic little studio cottage is a 8x5m room in my backyard. It is also connected to my art studio on the south side. There is a separate side gate entrance on the right or West side of the house with a keycode. I will send this to you directly. The cottage is fully self-contained, kitchenette, frig, microwave, electric plug in hotplate, shower, toilet, WIFI, table & chairs, linen, Electric blanket, no TV. There will be some further notes to orientate you upon arrival.
