Vous profiterez de sa grande terrasse et sa vue imprenable sur l'étang aux beaux jours, ainsi que de son intérieur avec son atmosphère douce et cosy, et son poêle à bois pour vos longues soirées.

Relax and unwind in this calm, stylish Gîte set within 2.5 acres of peaceful countryside. Recently refurbished to a high standard, the Gite offers four comfortable bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the third has a French double. The fourth has two single beds. The Gite comfortably accommodates 6 guests. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. Guests are welcome to enjoy a gentle stroll or simply relax in the large, well-kept garden.

L’Ancienne Gendarmerie is a beautiful restored police station in the heart of Pressac village. On the square opposite the church, with countryside views across the pretty river Clain and its medieval bridge, the house combines a sense of history with modern convenience and plenty of space. Ideal for families or groups of friends with a games room and a pool, there is plenty to do, and it is also a great base to explore the Vienne and Charente. Please note there is a minimum 3 night stay.

There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk through the village.

Old water mill, built in 1850. Many of the original features of the mill have been left & been used to create a place of charm & character. Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

Le Clos du Gue - Luxurious contry house with pool

An 18th century historical house, renovated with all modern comforts, romantic decoration, large flowered garden, and 1 hectare of park with trees. Perfect for families. In the early 2000's, the house, covered with ivy and with a hole in the roof, was bought and refurbished. The original parquet floor on the first floor has been partially preserved. The living room bookcase was designed and built from the wood of an oak tree that fell in the park during the 1999 storm.
