This charming suite is on the 2nd floor of our 400sqm private house with plenty of soul, tradition, and history. The house was originally built in 1896 and keeps the main structure since 1936. More than an accommodation our guests book an experience in a particularly unique, personal, and authentic way. We are a family of cultural mixes and we love the concept of sharing, receiving, and taking care of our guests as new friends. We’re located in the Art District, close to the historical center.

The Alves da Veiga Rooftop is located in downtown Porto, just 2min away from Mercado do Bolhão. It’s a 200sqm loft with 2 bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), 2 bathrooms (both downstairs), a spacious terrace and 2 balconies. It's full of light and space for up to 4 people. You can park your car in our private parking space and take the elevator to the rooftop. The spacious terrace is ideal to relax after a long day and enjoy a bottle of wine while overlooking the Downtown skyline!

For long stays we provide cleaning and linen and bath towels change, once a week, for free. in front central metro station trindade;5 minuts walking from the most beautifull and important places to visit.

Recentemente restaurada, diferencia-se 2 zonas principais no interior do edificio, uma área social, e uma área reservada, de 5 suites.A escassos metros da praia, restaurantes, bares e para apreciadores de peixe, da Lota da Aguda pode fazer caminhadas pelos passadiços ou deslocar-se de comboio. This is the perfect home for those who like to relax at the end of the day, after exploring the city, drinking a Porto wine in the beautiful and exotic tropical garden! The whole house opens on glass over the garden and the two small fish ponds, which is very pleasant even at night, as the garden is lit and heated on cold nights! The house only has 40 m2 inside, but it is very well equipped and very comfortable!
