Reel Life White River Cabin is an elevated log home with the entire underneath having a screened in porch. It sits on the bank of the river with stairs leading down for easy access. It is located just 5 miles from town and many area attractions. The Cabin has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen Tempur-Pedic , the loft has 2 twin beds and sleeper sofa in the living area. Windows in the main bedroom provide great river views. Whatever your idea of the "reel life" is, we are sure you will find it here.

Sequoyah Retreat is located across the street from Lake Sequoyah & minutes away from Lake Thunder Bird, Carol’s Restaurant & Dollar General. Property is within walking distance to Gitchegumee Beach. The village has 2 golf courses, 7 lakes and 2 rec centers. Southfork River runs through the village with public access. Downtown Hardy is less than 10 min. away with public access to the renown Spring River. Enjoy shopping and good food on Main St. The Hardy Sweet Shop is a must for a treat.

Guests will have access to 42 acres of land and hunt stands for turkey, deer, and hog hunting. (Different rates apply FOR HUNTERS). Explore the spring river for duck hunting, fishing, floating, hiking, quaint shops and eateries in scenic Hardy, nearby access to Peebles Bluff Strawberry River rec area, and Martin creek.

The Archer house is just two blocks from main street, one block from the Spring River, a short walk to Mammoth Spring State Park and close to dining and shopping. It has been completely remodeled in fall of 2022 and features many unique and premium features. Including a walk-in tile shower, wood ceilings in part of the house, cedar-clad front porch and more. The house is also equipped with brand new appliances, fast wifi, washer and dryer and more!

Little House Out Front

The Little House Out Front is packed with all-new furniture and appliances. It’s conveniently located near the Sydney Y and within a few minutes from Cooper’s Hawk Golf Course, Ozarka College, restaurants, a nail salon, and a grocery store. The main room is large enough for a queen-size bed, futon/full-size bed, fireplace, and TV. The kitchen includes a new stove top, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. Free access to Outback Gym.

Main Street Hideaway

Unique Terrace Studio Apartment on Batesville's Historic Main Street. The building has been in my family since it was built in the 40s and I love being able to share the apartment with my guests. It has been gutted to the studs and has new furniture and appliances. Urban/industrial feel. Can access from Main Street (must walk down flight of stairs) or can park in back on ground level (one step).

Hill House

Our cottage style home sits on a private 10 acre mountain top next to the foushee wildlife management and has a wonderful mountain view of Locust Grove, Batesville, Southside, and Newark. We are located 11.7 miles from Batesville and the beautiful White river! Just minutes from the Batesville Motor Speedway and just a short Drive to Heber springs and Mountain View.
