Beach Apartment in Stara Novalja

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Located on the outskirts of Novalja, Villa Mareta offers its guests an escape from the hustle of everyday life. Surrounded only by untouched nature, this charming house gives you a feeling of being away from civilization, yet staying close to everything that Novalja has to offer. The centre of Novalja, being only 1.2 km away, is easily accessible with its selection of cafes and restaurants offering traditional food. Something else apartment

A cool little apartment . Just a couple of minutes drive (5 km) from the beach and not more then 30 minutes (23 km) drive from the top of the biggest mountain in Croatia - Velebit that is also a national park. Peaceful and quiet place with hardly any tourists, with amazing vievs on islands Rab, Pag and Krk that are just a ferry drive away, breathtaking sunsets, nice base to explore the amazing surroundings. A place to come in touch with nature in the very special way.

House Denona

Our house is adapted village house located in a quiet and attractive place Dražica (10 km away from Novalja in the direction of Lun). In this area you can find peaceful vacation. , 100 m away from the sandy coves, surrounded by olive trees and greenery Our house has 2 apartments ( both of them are for 4 person). There is a couple of houses near by and autocamp. In front of that autocamp is a beautiful beach. (URL HIDDEN)

Villa 150 m2 ( part of double house); 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, own outdoor swimming pool, Dishwasher, Air conditioning, Washing machine, WiFi Internet, Satellite TV, beach “Babe“ 450 m. 20 minutes to centar. We are located in a peaceful part, not far from the center and close to the beach. The apartment is new and equipped with air-conditioning + wi fi and has its own parking space ensured and big balcony with sea view.

Studio apartment is located on the main square in the old town of Pag near the church of st. Mary and the Duke's palace, 50 meters from the shore and 200 meters from the large sandy beach. WINDOWS DOES NOT HAVE VIEW ON THE CITY SQUARE. ZRĆE BEACH IS 20 KM FROM THE APARTMENT.
