Sami objekat, bio je tradicionalna koliba u kojoj je decenijama unazad porodica domaćina boravila u ljetnjim mjesecima, kada je ujedno služio i za proizvodnju sira i skorupa. Guests have access to almost 3000 square meters of yard space, free parking, Wi-Fi, and barbecue equipment, with an impressive view of Durmitor and magical sunsets.
