Villa MariLuz está situada en la zona Es Forti - Cala Egos, (Cala d'Or) a 300 metros de la bonita cala de arena "Caló des Pou". Es una ubicación ideal para familias. Dispone de Aire Acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, sala y cocina. La piscina es de agua salada. Se han instalado placas solares para ayudar a reducir el consumo de co2. Una escalera exterior lleva al estudio en el piso de arriba con dormitorio doble, baño y terraza. Terraza privada con barbacoa alrededor de la piscina.

Die Finca in Son Prohens bietet Erholung pur! Sie ist in sanfte Hügel gebettet mit Blick auf den Berg San Salvador, ein Haus in der Natur, aber auch nicht zu abgeschieden gelegen. Porto Colom und Felanitx sind nah. Zwei Terrassen für gemeinsame Abende und Sonnenuntergänge. Swim-Spa und Sonnendeck im Außenbereich von der Terrasse über eine Treppe zugänglich. Herrliche Strände, wie der Naturstrand Es Trenc, sind schnell erreichbar. Die Finca wurde von THE EAZEY und Ambiente Baleares umgebaut.

This house is a typical old house, all reformated in front line of Portocolom, it is so charming and so nice to live in there, where you can enjoy the wonderful sea views from the big jacuzzi like a little pool, on the rooftop Is a house to dream, with airaconditioned in the main suite and with portable air acondition in the rest of the rooms, really nice house to enjoy summer and winther with his central heating.
