El apartamento se encuentra en el Edificio Presidente. Es un apartamento con vistas al mar y playa, muy iluminado, moderno y completamente equipado con muebles y camas a estrenar. El apartamento tiene un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y en el salon un sofacama. La cocina equipada, dispone de aireacondicionado, tiene piscina. En los bajos tiene un supermercado y esta rodeado de restaurantes y tiendas. Cala Millor es una zona familiar y tranquila. Tiene una de las mejores playas de la Isla.

There is a cosy living space with a sofa and table with chairs glass sliding doors opening into the lovely balcony over the beach road and with beautiful views right around the bay and the beach. Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe, one full bathroom, wc , washbasin and bidet.

Este apartamento es el más cercano al mar y está junto a la arena, con acceso directo a la piscina y a la playa. Hay una cama doble para 2 personas y dos camas individuales. Además de un sofá cama en el salón. Tiene una terraza al exterior y un jardín privado con diferentes accesos, mesa, sillas y tumbonas privadas. Refurbished and cosy front sea property, very quite and with gorgeous views to a sought after beach, Cala Pi. The property´s set in a small community. It´s 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a dining/sitting area with TV, AC/W, and an open plan kitchen, with dishwasher. On the ground floor there is an extra room with a toilet, shower and washbasin, plus a washing machine .
