L'ingresso è situato sul corso principale della cittadina mentre le finestre si affacciano verso l'esterno delle mura offrendo un vista mozzafiato. L'appartamento è composto da: ingresso, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, camera da letto, cucina, bagno con finestra a tetto. E' dotato di forno a microonde, forno grande, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e wi-fi.

Casale toscano del '800 con pietre a vista immerso nella meravigliosa campagna Toscana con uno splendido panorama sulla Val di Chiana. E' circondato da un parco di 6 ettari con un uliveto di 300 piante. Si trova a Sarteano, nel paese, un antico borgo medioevale con un castello da sogno, conosciuto per il Festival della Musica e del Jazz che si svolge alla fine dell'estate. Siamo nella bellissima Val d'Orcia, patrimonio naturale dell'umanità dall'UNESCO dal 2004.

Podere Pereti Nuovi-modern Tuscan Villa

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.

Casolare immerso nella natura

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.

La casa, recentemente ristrutturata, vi offrirà tutte le comodità per una vacanza a stretto contatto con la natura ed è il punto di partenza ideale per esplorare Toscana e Umbria. L'unità si trova al primo piano ed è costituita da un’ampia camera matrimoniale, una camera singola, un bagno ed un soggiorno con angolo cottura, frigo, televisione, divano e ogni altro comfort.
