New 2023 build in Portage Lakes! Free level 2 EV charging for our guests! The "Portview Carriage House" sits at a quiet dead-end and overlooks Long Lake with large forward facing windows for a serene lake and sunset view. Nearby to Firestone Country Club and Akron Executive airport, our location at the heart of PLX is suited for access to any local event. Due to AirBnB's error, the Lakefront category has been automatically added to our listing. This is inaccurate and has been pending removal.

Enjoy the gorgeous view of the East Reservoir as you enter the living room & onto the deck, spend the day on/in the water, or visit the local restaurants which are located within walking distance from the home. You can end your evening sitting by the fire pit enjoying the beautiful lake view from sunup to sun down.

Lakefront 2 Bedroom Fenced Yard

This lake house sits on a quiet no outlet street in Portage Lakes. Fully fenced in large backyard with a deck to enjoy the views. Large fully stocked kitchen with everything you need, incl. new HE washer and dryer. One bedroom has a queen bed facing the lake and the other has a double/twin bunk bed. Private parking in the driveway; electronic keypad entry on the side door. This home feels secluded but still only a 10 minute drive to downtown Akron and 40 minute drive to downtown Cleveland.

TVs in both the living room and studio bedroom. Skylight over the bed. Bring your own boat or enjoy the paddle boards we have here on the property.
