Beach House

This guesthouse is detached from the main house, comes with garage parking and has all the amenities you need including a wood-burning fire place! Towels, bath tissue, soaps & travel items. AC Window Unit. Kitchen includes pots/pans, dishes, mugs/glasses, coffee pot, toaster & microwave. Paper goods. New appliances/new water heater in 2020. Stairs to the apartment are on the northeast corner of the garage. The beach is steps away with a fire pit, boat house lounge, kayaks, beach toys & bicycles.

Fish off the pier or use our kayaks to explore the lake. Ride our bikes around town & then cuddle up in front of the fireplace. This apartment is located in the heart of downtown Port Washington with easy access to adorable shops, delicious restaurants, and the beautiful lakefront. It may be a small town but there are plenty of things to do. Rent a bike. Take a walk to the lighthouse. Get ice cream with the family. Or even take a thirty minute drive to Milwaukee. This historic unit sits above a hair salon that I have owned for the past 27 years. I've raised my three children in this cute town and would love to share it.
